Restaurant Team Member

Panera Bread invites applicants for the Restaurant Team Member role. You will be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests in entry, cashier, and dining areas and stay on the move throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up for the next shift.
• Execute duties for your specific area within the bakery‑cafe, such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
