Job summary

Shake Shack in Portland, ME is seeking hospitality-driven team members for hourly roles. You will prepare and assemble food, rotate through stations, and engage guests with genuine warmth. Night/closing availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptable to various roles within the restaurant.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody hospitality by delivering warmth and care to guests and team members.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them to keep daily work fresh and engaging.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour, plus tips, as well as up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight
