Shake Shack in Florida is hiring crew members for hourly roles with a base rate of $14.00 per hour plus tips and potential extra $2/hour for late shifts. Join a team that emphasizes hospitality, growth, and community impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
