Job summary

Shake Shack in Pikesville, MD is seeking team members to deliver warm hospitality and accurate order preparation. You will work across stations, learning quickly and upholding Shake Shack standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests and team with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
