POSITION SUMMARY: As a crew member, you will prepare and serve our guests, helping to maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

1. Enthusiastically greet all guests when they enter the restaurant.
2. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
3. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
4. Follow recipe and preparation guidelines.
5. Be a team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
6. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
7. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
8. Clean, organize, and restock stations.
9. Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors.
10. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
11. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
12. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
