Shake Shack in North Charleston, SC is hiring crew members to deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting fast, high-quality food service.

You will prepare and assemble orders, rotate through stations, and ensure food safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. This role offers weekly pay and benefits, with a base rate of $15.00/hour plus tips in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Willingness to rotate through all stations and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
