Job summary

Shake Shack in Naples, FL is hiring crew members to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality while preparing and assembling high-quality food. You’ll rotate through stations, learn Shake Shack standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, fun environment.

With a starting hourly rate of $14.00 plus tips, roles offer mentorship, training and potential career growth within a welcoming team. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays help balance personal commitments.

Qualifications
