Job summary

Shake Shack in New Jersey is hiring for a team member. Hourly rate starts at $16.00/hour, plus tips and up to an additional $2/hour for certain post-midnight shifts. Responsibilities include serving guests with warmth, preparing food per standards, rotating through stations, and upholding food safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
