Responsibilities

• Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH.
• Maintain training current as new training is released.
• Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu.
• Ensure customers receive the correct meal items and take orders.
• Accept payments and assist with prep responsibilities including food preparation and meal prep.
• Keep a clean work area, dishes, floor, and trash removal.
• Report to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
