Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a team player, fostering a respectful and cooperative relationship with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain it.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
