Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to guests as an ambassador for Panera Warmth.
• Execute duties for assigned areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency—using real ingredients.
• Assist guests throughout the store, including at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety and cleaning protocols.
• Stay on the move, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties for the next shift.
