Job summary

Shake Shack in Burlington, MA is seeking team members to deliver enlightened hospitality and craft high-quality meals. You will greet guests, assemble orders per recipes, and rotate through stations while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Expected to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with comprehensive benefits available as part of our industry-leading program.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Adaptability to take on multiple roles across stations.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking responsibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests and teammates with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them daily.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures for guest safety.
