Responsibilities
- Execute duties across specific areas within the bakery‑cafe such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive‑thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency—no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food.
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas; stay on the move throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude, ensuring each guest receives our best.
- Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 16+years.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbsand stand for extended periods.
- Clear communication and quick understanding of directions in a loud environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile.
- Experience creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Completion of basic food‑safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
- Enjoy working with food; food‑service experience is preferred but not required.
