Job summary

Shake Shack in Edison, NJ is hiring crew members to deliver the brand's signature hospitality. Pay starts at $16 per hour plus tips, with potential extra for late shifts after midnight.

You will learn fast, rotate through stations, and work with a supportive team in a casual, inclusive environment.

Eligible applicants are 16 years or older and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays; benefits include weekly pay and a range of insurance options.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Experience in hospitality or food service a plus.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes
• Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members
