Position: Restaurant Team Member

As a key part of our team, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities including Fountain & Frozen drinks, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard, and Drive-Thru operations, making every shift exciting and dynamic.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking orders and providing prompt, friendly service
• Preparing and packaging menu items, ensuring quality and consistency
• Making drinks and ice cream treats
• Cooking on the grill and operating fry station as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, and sanitizing food areas

Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to adapt to restaurant needs
• Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills
• Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
• Minimum age of 16

Preferred qualities:

• Friendly, welcoming attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to cross-train across all stations
• Motivated team player committed to cleanliness and safety
• Fast food experience is a plus but not required
