Restaurant Team Member – Panera Bread. The role is the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction while supporting the bakery‑cafe’s growth and serving local communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay on the move and adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
• Work in various areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and QC as needed.

Qualifications
