Job summary

Shake Shack in Dallas is seeking crew members to deliver exceptional hospitality and accurate food preparation. You will work across stations, rotating to maintain variety and excitement while following Shake Shack's recipes and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Flexible shifts, competitive tips, and weekly pay support a balanced work-life experience in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistency in doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with warmth and care toward team members and guests.
