Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping to maintain high-quality standards by following our quality and safety procedures.

Pay Range

$14.81 - $20.81/hour

Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times or as needed.
3. Follow food safety standards and report any questionable practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Work cooperatively with management and team members.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor and maintain product quality.
9. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and security policies.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
11. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
13. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
