Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following safety and quality protocols.

Pay Range: $14.81 - $20.81/hour *

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and logs.
2. Restock front line with prepared products during peak times.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report issues.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
5. Work cooperatively with team members and management.
6. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
7. Monitor and ensure product quality.
8. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
9. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
10. Greet guests enthusiastically and serve according to guidelines.
11. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
