Job summary

Shake Shack in College Park, MD is seeking crew members to provide fast-paced, guest-focused service. You will prep, assemble, and rotate through stations while upholding safety standards and Shake Shack values. Earn an hourly rate with tips and an additional $2/hour for certain midnight shifts.

Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required. Shake Shack offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package to support your growth within the ShackFam environment.

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour, plus tips, as well as up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight
