Job summary

Shake Shack in College Park, MD is hiring crew members to deliver welcoming, fast-paced hospitality. You will prepare and assemble food orders to Shake Shack standards, master stations, and rotate through shifts with a focus on safety and guest care.

This hourly role pays $16.00 per hour plus tips, with extra up to $2/hour for certain late shifts. Weekly pay, benefits, and discount perks are included, along with opportunities for mentorship and growth in a lively, inclusive team.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour, plus tips, as well as up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.
