Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring crew members in California to join a fast-paced team. You will earn $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus tips, with the potential for up to an additional $2/hour on certain post-midnight shifts. We value a team-first culture and provide ongoing mentorship, training and growth opportunities.

You will prepare and assemble food to Shake Shack standards, rotate stations, and ensure safe, high-quality service while embracing our values of integrity, inclusivity and community.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.
