Job Description :
- Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat and informative manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area.
- Provide excellent customer service: be positive, polite, informative, and give accurate wait times.
- Assist with ringing up guests, answering phone calls, and taking orders over the phone.
- Have thorough knowledge of the food and recipes; follow recipes to prepare all food in a timely and sanitary manner.
- Prepare food according to proper procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby through continuous cleaning.
- Organize and put away deliveries.
- Wash dishes and store them properly.
- Communicate with staff to ensure correct and timely order preparation.
- Carry out food to customers.
- Communicate with managers about scheduling needs and days off.
- Arrive on time and take breaks appropriately.
- Complete all opening and closing duties.

Requirements :
