Job summary

Shake Shack in Birmingham, AL is hiring for an entry-level crew member. This hourly position offers $15.00 per hour plus tips and a chance to grow through hands-on mentorship, training, and a supportive team culture.

You will learn fast-paced operations across stations, follow safety guidelines, and deliver warm hospitality to guests while supporting your teammates. The role suits flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays with weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
