Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
• Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds via maintenance programs.
• Ensure food quality and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans.
• Participate in hiring decisions and recognition efforts.
