Description

Our Restaurant Team/Shift Leaders have a dual role: serving as both a restaurant leader and a team member. As a leader, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all operating procedures are followed. You'll assist with scheduling, training, and supervising Team Members to ensure each customer receives a hot, freshly-prepared product using high-quality ingredients in a clean, friendly environment.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a retail setting
• Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a clean driving record, and passing background check (driving is essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Food Safety Certification (may vary by location)
• Food Handler’s Certification

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for entire shift
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying, pushing
• Ability to read orders, receipts, menu boards
• Frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, food products
• Regular handwashing
• Proficiency with computers, phones, and office equipment
