Job Description

Our Restaurant Team/Shift Leaders serve as both leaders and team members. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all operating procedures are followed, assist with scheduling, training, and supervising Team Members. Your goal is to ensure each customer enjoys a hot, freshly-prepared product in a clean, friendly environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6 months retail experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurance, clean driving record, background check
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Food Safety Certification (may vary by location)
• Food Handler’s Certification

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand during entire shift
• Able to reach, bend, stir, pour, carry, push
• Read orders and receipts
• Frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, food products
• Regular hand washing
• Use of computers, phones, and office equipment
