Our Restaurant Team/Shift Leaders serve as both a restaurant leader and team member. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all procedures are followed, assist with scheduling, training, and supervising Team Members to provide customers with high-quality, freshly prepared food in a clean, friendly environment.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 months’ retail experience
• Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a clean driving record, and background check
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Food Safety Certification (may vary by location)
• Food Handler’s Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand during entire shift
