Responsibilities

• Supervising, training, and developing team members to ensure they deliver excellent service.
• Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
• Leading and motivating staff to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, with growth opportunities.
• Serving as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and internal teams.
