Qualifications

• Work collaboratively with Managers and Team Members to ensure quality food and service.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, placing orders, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure standards are executed and support training of new Team Members.
• Handle food safety initiatives and support service interactions with guests.
