Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Front of House team member in Nashville to assist in restaurant operations and guest service. You will greet guests, manage waitlists, maintain table readiness, and support bussing, hosting, and food running as needed.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting. This position is part-time and located in Nashville, TN.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed with a flexiable schedule.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering an oustanding guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality enviroment and shift between support duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in restaurant environment, preferably in busser/runner, or barback position.
• General Knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
• Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
• Must be able to move up to 55lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Lifting may be required.
