Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support casual dining operations in Palm Bay, Florida. You will help maintain restaurant standards, lead training, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience while efficiently coordinating daily shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining, strong integrity, and a passion for hospitality. Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred
• Strong personal and professional integrity
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to solve problems on the go
• Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for food service and providing guests’ exceptional service.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
