Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1-2+ years of supervisory experience within the hotel industry or restaurant.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Tabit, Alice, Stay N Touch, Open Table.
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• TABC and Food Handlers Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and train staff.
• Greet guests during peak hours and ensure professional service.
• Communicate special events and manage F&B labor according to business levels.
