Join our Food & Beverage - Outlets Team as a Weekend Restaurant Supervisor (Saturday & Sunday), where you'll deliver outstanding guest service and oversee outlet operations. You'll coordinate and inspire staff to provide exceptional products and service to our restaurant guests.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment, ensure excellent guest service, address concerns positively, and oversee room service efficiency including timely delivery and tray removal.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards, make budget-conscious shift decisions, and assign or adjust daily tasks.
  • Process sales using the POS system and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Enforce compliance with ABC laws, health regulations, and safety standards within the restaurant.

Property-Specific Information:

  • This role operates as a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Restaurant Supervisor.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift, carry, or transport up to 40 pounds and operate various food and beverage equipment.
  • Work most of the shift standing and moving around in restaurant and kitchen areas.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and reach for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related fields preferred.
