Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is seeking a part‑time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations at David's Grill and deliver an outstanding guest experience for members, golfers, locals, and resort guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Food and Beverage experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Gaming environment experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, professional, and team‑oriented personality.
• Ability to lead by example and provide positive direction to staff.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws preferred.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily supervision of restaurant operations.
• Supports daily restaurant activities, including serving tables, bussing, seating guests, and cashier duties as needed.
• Helps lead and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff.
• Conducts and assists with pre‑shift meetings to review specials, menu updates, events, and service expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest‑ready at all times.
• Helps maintain high service standards and overall guest satisfaction.
• Assists with inventory, cost controls, and closing procedures.
• Follows all applicable health, safety, alcohol beverage, and local and state regulations.
• Practices and promotes safe work habits.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and the Restaurant Manager.

Summary:

This individual will supervise David's Grill. This position plays an important role in supporting daily restaurant operations while helping create an exceptional guest experience for members, golfers, locals, and resort guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with daily supervision of restaurant operations

Working Conditions:

Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and active floor supervision

Regular use of hands and arms for reaching and carrying items

Occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak golf and holiday seasons

Regular and reliable attendance is required
