HEI Hotels & Resorts at Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, GA, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing the restaurant, room service and other F&B outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

Responsibilities include supervising service, ensuring cleanliness, managing sidework, adhering to liquor laws, and coordinating events and staff communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to all service standards.
• Supervise service of guests, watchful for signals needing assistance.
• Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
• Maintain cash bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Read daily communication sheets and prepare for the following shift; check floor plan for coverage.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, setup, stands, and aisle areas are in order.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements.
• Communicate daily with restaurant manager regarding events and house counts.
• Assist manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels.
• Provide clear written and verbal directions to staff.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
