Job summary

The StateView Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food and Beverage team in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee guest service, implement cost controls, and help hire and train staff to uphold first-class standards. Experience in luxury hotels and familiarity with Micros are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff under supervision.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure that standards of food, beverage and service quality are commensurate with a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems.
• Lead by example to foster a productive and engaged team.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.

The StateView hotel boasts 164 guest rooms, and 8,000 sq ft of event space.What you will have an opportunity to do:We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as Restaurant Supervisor. This individual is a proactive solution seeker, they lead by example, don’t settle for the normal, and continuously encourage and engage their team members. They will assist in providing the leadership required to achieve the fiduciary and quality goals for the Food and Beverage operation.
