Join the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Manchester Downtown, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, as a Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time. You will oversee staff across the restaurant, lounge, room service, and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant server experience required, previous supervisor experience a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations in a luxury hotel setting.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff for restaurant, lounge, room service and employees’ cafeteria.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain standards.
• Assist co-workers as needed and work as a team.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – FULL TIME

Job Responsibilities

• Work with restaurant management to oversee and direct staff for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, honors lounge and employee cafeteria
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Assist co-workers as needed working as a team
• Maintain a neat and clean work area
• Previous restaurant server experience required, previous supervisor experience a plus
• Open availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including Saturday and Sunday required

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and or full service restaurant.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.
