Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time at the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Manchester Downtown in Manchester, NH. You will work with restaurant management to oversee staff and ensure smooth operations across restaurant, lounge, room service, and staff areas.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant server experience, and a supervisor background is a plus. Knowledge of Micros, strong guest service, and calm decision-making in busy environments are essential.

• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct staff for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, honors lounge and employee cafeteria.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Assist co-workers as needed, working as a team.
