The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, New York. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Pay

$25.00 - $25.00 / hour

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required
• Superior organization and guest service skills required
• Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
