Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee dining room operations, ensuring service standards and brand integrity are maintained across restaurant and bar areas.

The role requires supervising dine-in staff, coordinating floor coverage, and delivering training for new hires, with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth service flow. Certification in Alcohol Service and ServSafe is required.

• ServSafe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant associates in their daily tasks and assist staff as needed.
• Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar to uphold brand standards.
• Establish and reinforce side work and floor plan coverage.
• Communicate daily specials and group tastings to staff.
• Provide approved training for new hires in restaurant and/or bar.
• Assist with menu classes and taste panels with staff.
• Ensure safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• . Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff, to confirm completion.
• . Communicate daily, all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant.
• . Set up and confirm daily, the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff.
• . Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
• . Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels, with the staff.
• . Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• . Must have at least one year of restaurant dining supervision, with face-to-face interactions with guests.
• . Must complete Alcohol Service Certification.
• . Must complete ServSafe Certification.
