Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervising store/shift staff in a professional manner.
• Recruit, interview, hire employees/management for the store location.
• Maintain and problem solve staffing needs in the store location.
• Delegates tasks to employees.
• Deliver problem solving solutions on own accord or with the team.
• Executes systems and procedures with integrity and completeness.
• Administer accountability amongst the team – evaluating, disciplining and termination of employees.
• Opening/closing procedures before/after normal store hours.
• Completes daily and weekly paperwork with accuracy.
• Create a fun, positive and energetic vibe.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Execute sandwiches/wraps, etc.
• Take customer orders in person and by phone.
• Run a register and handle payments.
• Manage deposits per procedure.
• Kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Possibly deliver orders to offsite customers.
• Open to relocation around Indianapolis.
