Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates; direct daily activities to drive store performance.
• Provide leadership through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
