Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training crew to deliver great service
• Running the POS system
• Getting drive-thru cars out in a timely manner
• Cleaning, stocking, scheduling, and cash handling
• Controlling inventory, profit and loss, and food costs
• Handling guest complaints and other issues that may arise
• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through training and communication
• Act as a role model by adhering to labor and health laws and company policies
• Maintain integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations
• Stand, bend, or reach for long periods and handle boxes up to 50 pounds in some environments
