Key Responsibilities of Our Store Managers:

• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to ensure guest satisfaction and high product quality.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Achieve profit and loss goals.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, portioning, packaging, and cleaning.
• Manage costs and inventory effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Leadership: Strong management and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Financial Skills: Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
• Customer Service: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant industry, familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and relevant software.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years management experience.
