CHOPT Sr. Assistant Manager in New York oversees daily restaurant operations, supports the General Manager, and leads a team focused on exceptional guest experience. The role emphasizes training, food safety, and brand representation while managing schedules, payroll, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on role qualifications and experience. $49,000 annually

$56,000 annually
