Compensation: $15/hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Squad Members average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’ll make pizzas that are as beautiful and fun as you are, in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, pepperoni perfectionists, late-night explorers, cheese lovers, and olive dodgers. We’re creating an experience where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make customer pizzas, salads, and more
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready for service
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift
• Work with your Squad to create an authentic customer experience
