Compensation: $11.75 per hour plus tips.

Summary: As a Crew Member, you will deliver the MOD Pizza experience to customers by providing fast, friendly service and preparing outstanding pizzas and salads in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make pizzas, salads, and more for the best possible finished product
• Package customer orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards
• Keep the store clean to ensure the best customer experience
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate, and fast on every shift
• Follow instructions and accept coaching from store leadership
• Support team success with a service-oriented mindset
• Work collaboratively to create a great customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for connecting with people and providing excellent service
• Ability to follow processes consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning and contributing to team success
• At least 16 years old
• Ability to obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food service or retail
• Customer service experience
• POS or cashier experience

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an open kitchen environment, handle objects up to fifty pounds, operate kitchen appliances, and communicate effectively in English.

Working Conditions: High noise levels, indoor or outdoor settings, varying weather, working near moving parts, and flexible hours including evenings and holidays.
