Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’re going to make pizzas for a diverse range of customers and create an authentic, welcoming environment.

You will make pizzas for pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, pepperoni perfectionists, late-night explorers, cheese lovers, and olive dodgers. We are committed to creating an inclusive experience where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make customer pizzas, salads, and more
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready for service
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift
• Work with your Squad to create a fun and authentic customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for connecting with people, including fellow crew members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of the restaurant
