Position Overview

The Installation Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to Payroc POS programming, installation, and training projects to ensure goals are met within the designated time frame and budget. This customer-facing role involves work at customer locations and remotely, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The role includes evaluating project scope, creating timelines, coordinating resources, and maintaining detailed documentation. Travel to customer sites is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities
  • Program Payroc and Aloha POS software for various hospitality businesses.
  • Train customer staff on POS system usage.
  • Provide on-site support during system go-live.
  • Manage all aspects of POS system installation.
